Become a CERT volunteer by completing both online coursework and hands-on training for basic CERT. Bodega Bay Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is collaborating with Northern Sonoma County CERT to host a hybrid basic CERT in person hands-on training in Bodega Bay on Saturday, March 9 and Saturday March 16, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 4:30PM both days.
Volunteers new to CERT must first complete the online course in basic CERT offered free by the University of Utah. The online work can be done anytime on your own and takes about ten to twelve hours to complete. El Equipo de Respuesta a Emergencias de la Comunidad (CERT) de Bodega Bay está colaborando con el CERT del Condado de Sonoma del Norte para organizar una capacitación práctica presencial CERT básica híbrida en Bodega Bay el sábado 6 de marzo y el sábado 16 de marzo 2024, de 9:00 a.m. a 4:30 p.m.
Los voluntarios nuevos en CERT primero deben completar el curso por Internet de CERT básico que ofrece de forma gratuita de la Universidad de Utah. El trabajo por Internet se puede hacer en cualquier momento por su cuenta y tarda entre diez y doce horas en completarse.
